Michael Hausman is Of Counsel with the Firm. Michael’s practice concentrates in the areas of trusts and estates, estate planning, elder care planning, business succession planning, Surrogate's Court practice, real estate, and corporate matters.

Michael has extensive experience and expertise in drafting wills, trust instruments, and other estate planning documents. In addition, he handles both pre-death and post-death tax planning for individuals, trusts, and estates, including the preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns. He also represents individual and corporate fiduciaries and advises individuals and families on matters involving real property, business succession planning, and corporate planning.
