Vincent Georgetti is a Partner of the Firm. He specializes in the areas of commercial real estate, including all aspects of real estate finance, acquisition, and related litigation for institutional and non-institutional lenders, borrowers, purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Vincent represents numerous banking clients in connection with commercial and corporate lending and has developed true expertise in commercial real estate lending, including construction lending.

Vincent’s representative matters include:

• Represented a private real estate investment company in its $145MM acquisition from a Fortune 500 company of a Class A office tower located in Tysons Corner, VA.
• Represented a private real estate investment company in refinances totaling $250MM for four office towers located in Reston, VA.
• Represented a private lending group in connection with mortgage loans totaling $50MM on various New York City commercial properties.
• Represented an institutional lender in connection with a $24MM bridge loan secured by a mortgage against a Long Island City hotel and affiliated business.
