Danya Mor, Esq.

Danya Mor is a Partner of the Firm. Danya practices in all areas of commercial real estate transactions and financing, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, development, management, and commercial lending. Danya has vast experience in these areas, as well as commercial leasing and real estate development.

Prior to joining the Firm, Danya practiced real estate law in Israel, where she represented major developers in various real estate matters, including Africa Israel Investments Ltd., one of Israel’s largest and most dynamic real estate groups, engaged in land development, construction, trade, tourism, and international hotel management.

Some of Danya’s notable transactions include:

• Represented a lender in a $21,000,000 refinance of a commercial and residential building in New York City.
• Represented a lender in a $1,470,000 acquisition loan in Florida.
• Represented a lender in a $2,250,000 acquisition loan of an industrial warehouse property in New Jersey.
• Represented a borrower in a $50,000,000 refinance of an office and retail building in Times Square, New York City.
• Represented a borrower in a $145,000,000 refinance of an office building in Reston, Virginia.
• Represented a purchaser in a $4,000,000 purchase of commercial property in New York City.

Danya received her LL.B. from The College of Management in Israel and earned her LL.M. at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is fluent in Hebrew and admitted to practice in New York and Israel.
