Yuri Burshteyn is a Partner in the commercial real estate and lending group.

Yuri practices all aspects of commercial real estate including institutional and non-institutional lending, sales, acquisitions, and joint venture transactions. His diverse client base consists of national commercial institutional lenders, developers, well-known real estate families and foreign investors.

From high volume retail centers to office buildings to development of data centers for Artificial Intelligence applications to multi-tier institutional construction lending, CMBS lending and mezzanine financing, Yuri has successfully navigated his clients and met performance expectations while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Yuri graduated from the St. John’s School of Law and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
