Jonathan Mottahedeh is an Associate of the Firm. He represents clients in commercial real estate transactions and has experience with all aspects of acquiring, selling and financing of retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Jonathan represents high-net worth individuals, businesses and developers in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, including condominiums and cooperatives, throughout New York City and Long Island. In addition, Jonathan represents landlords and tenants for commercial leases, including office, retail and industrial spaces. In addition, Jonathan advises start-ups and existing businesses for company formation and governance matters and drafting agreements for limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships. Jonathan attended Brooklyn Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate and was an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and a Barry L. Zaretsky Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Fellow. Jonathan is admitted to practice law in New York and in New Jersey.
